The CPR Refresher course, delivered by Sports Medicine Australia (RTO provider number 110086), is designed to maintain the essential skills and knowledge associated with DRSABCD and practical scenarios for providing cardiopulmonary resuscitation on training manikins in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines. Prior to attending the 1.5-hour face to face course participants must complete one online learning module (approximately 2 hours pre-course work) which can be accessed via your NRL course room.  All candidates who successfully complete the course will receive a digital Statement of Attainment issued by Sports Medicine Australia, for the unit of competency HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. 
Pre-requisites
Candidates must be at least 16 years old to complete the CPR course. 
Additional information

Participants who are registering for this course will also be required to complete a registration with Sports Medicine Australia. Information on how to do this will be available in your course room after enrolment. 

Please bring pen and paper, closed in footwear and a drink bottle. Please note meals are not provided as part of the course. Participants are encouraged to bring their own meals, snacks and water.
